The Head Girl and Head Boy elections took place last week as a new cohort of Year 13 rose to the challenge of making speeches and canvasing for votes!
They made quite the impression and our Staff and Students spoke as they cast their vote!
Well done to Ella who is our new Head girl and James who is our new Head boy, along with Caoimhe B, Caoimhe D, Karen, Blaithin, Eimear and Conor who are deputies.
Lorcan and Cassie Ann are also senior prefects - Well done to everyone!

Our Year 14 made their final farewell as they go on study leave before their upcoming exams! We have had seven wonderful years and we will miss you all, but we hope that wherever you go and whatever you do the values and teachings of Saint Kevin's College will always be in your mind!

Both Boys and Girls teams that reached Ulster finals over the last 12 months, were rewarded for the their dedication and accomplishments.
Teams recognised were:-
U-15 Boys Nagle Cup Winners 2023 (Captain Conor Casey)
U-14 Boys Irish News Shield Runners-up 2024
U-16 Girls 'D' Shield Runners-up 2024
U-20 Girls 'D' Plate Runners-up 2024
Players of the year were also awarded as follow:-
U-14 Boys - Conor Kelly - Scored 17-19 over 6 games (5-05 in the Final)
U-15 Boys - Daire Chapman - Scored 4-21 over 6 games
U-16 Girls - Sophia O'Harte
U- 20 Girls - Ciara O'Donnell.
The celebration event was a tribute to the players and coaching staff for their efforts, commitment and aspiration to the development of Gaelic Games within St. Kevin's College.
These rising stars will no doubt be a joy to watch on the playing fields in the future, whereby they will enlighten us with their amazing skills and talents.
