8th October 2025 Our Home Economics Department  was delighted to welcome two representatives from the Livestock and Meat Commission (LMC) , who cooked up a feast for our Year 9 students ! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 The LMC team, made up of trained school cookery demonstrators, delivered an engaging and informative session highlighting the nutritional importance of Northern Ireland Farm Quality Assured (NIFQA) beef and lamb . Students learned about food safety, hygiene, quality assurance, pro
